Art Club 2014♡
Last Wednesday & Thursday was Art Club camp! Went back and had lots of fun with my batchmates and juniors! Best CCA camp ever! And.. I start to miss them already hahah .
We (Comm ) met at 8.30am in the morning and had Macdonalds Breakfast before heading back to school and prepare! The juniors reported at 10am . They were formed into groups, and two comm members are assigned to each group. Me, Khairul & XiaoYan don't have a group though. Oh, and there's three other people who don't have a group, so they are in-charge of taking photos! (I took some photos too, not as much as the others). So first, it was the ice-breakers! A must have in camps! It was quite fun and I participated too! One of the ice-breakers, the dance one was quite fun although it was a bit confusing! Something new to Art Club camp since other ice-breakers are like Whacko, M&M etc. (those mainstream ones) After that, we went for lunch (and I only ate a bit, shared with KaiQi ) After lunch, we went up to the classroom and I think the juniors played some bonding games I'm not too sure what they did since I went up to the Art Room with some others to prepare name tag materials and I started making mine!
So, after I completed my name tag and the juniors are in the Art Room doing their name tags, Khairul, Royden, EnYi, Simon & I went to the Parade Square to prepare for the water games! We ended up playing with the water & sponge for like 30mins or more within the five of us while waiting for the other members to come!
After everyone is there, Khairul briefed the games and we started playing! Yes it was awkward at first (It's the first time AC is doing water games so please forgive us!) it turned out SO DAMN FUN afterwards! Everyone was splashing water at each other AND they actually grabbed me and poured a pail of water on me *Sobs* ): HAHAH yupp they did it but IT'S OKAY I'm totally okay with it since I was already drenched (and I thought I was already getting dry and they just have to do this to me ughh) I remember who suggested it, who grabbed me and who poured it on me OKAY HAHAH..
So.. after the water games, we had a bit of bonding games on the parade square before getting back to our bunks and washed up! We had two hours to wash up and eat our dinner so we took our time! Went down for dinner and I didn't eat because I wasn't hungry! The others were eating hahah . After they finished eating, some of us comm members went out to Ang Mo supermarket(?) to get some night snacks and Khairul & I paid! (although he paid more)
After dinner, we had a debrief session with the club and Comm members were seated at the front. ( It was like a stage LOL just kidding.) Yupp and each of us Comm member had to say something about AC's behaviour and yah anything about our juniors to them.. and after our turn, they then said what they think could improve or what they don't understand etc. It was like a H2H talk session but yupp, at least we get to learn about things we don't know (as the comm & as a senior). After that, they got into groups and went to different venues to do their group reflection! I then went walking around school alone and then I met up with Celeste for awhile as she came back for her CCA's camp! After meeting her, TinFung came hahah . and then we played some bonding games if I didn't remember wrongly. I think they had a night walk but I wasn't there!
After all that, some of us comm members gathered at the parade square just doing random things, using our phones and talking! Then, PIZZA CAMEEEE! Tin Fung & Mr Chan treated us Domino Pizza! There were some drinks and Ben & Jerry's Ice cream as well! We ate so much we were all so full hahah.
After that, Alcia and Kai Qi went to do their homework at the study corner and I was in the bunk with EnYi. >>>>>>Fast forward>>>>>>>>
I went down to the study corner and find EnYi, Khairul, Alicia & KaiQi seated there so I joined them! After talking a bit and stuff, we ended up watching FROZEN . HAHAH YES FROZEN. We then shifted place and went to the canteen to watch Frozen! It's really a very good disney movie! And KaiQi loves Olaf so much haha! It was 3+am and we went back up to the bunk, Khairul, Alicia & I slept at the corridor. Alicia and I then woke up a bit and went to the toilet before walking down to the science staffroom, chat with Kevin a bit and went back up again. After that, we slept at the corridor.
The next morning, we woke up and changed to our CCA shirts. We gathered the members at the parade square and did some PT! Khairul made them do suicide run and they were panting after two rounds (I would have been panting too haha). After that, they played captain's ball while some of us went to prepared breakfast. It was Cereal!! Honeystars, Cococrunch, cornflakes, etc. I had two bowls apparently, because we had to clear all the food. Then, we went up and prepared for running man! I didn't play of course, but I walked around the place trying to find out where the envelopes are hidden and I found 4! I didn't take it of course, those playing are supposed to find it! XD
During the second round, Me, Kaiqi & Enyi are in-charge of a station and we went to the corridor behind 206 to prepare. Only one team came to us and we were puzzled! As we waited, I fell asleep because I was very tired. After all that, it was some game time and after that we had lunch. It was really niceeee!! Beehoon!!!!!! After lunch, we cleared up and went to pack up and clean up our bunks. We arranged back the chairs and tables (sorry I only arranged 3-4 chairs and tables >< ) yupp and we had our final debrief and assigned our next batch of Committee members. Khairul, XiaoYan and Ms Kasma ended the session and all of us went down to the foyer and had our group shot!
After dismissal, comm members took lots of group photos (but Khairul couldn't find them when it was transferred to his macbook >< ) We only have one shot hahah ANDDDDDDDD it's TINFUNG'S SELFIEEE SHOT XD
Well to conclude, this year's camp is really fun and I enjoyed this year's camp A LOT! Not that previous camps were not fun, but I love this year's camp a lot, probably because of the effort all of us put in and that we were so damn bonded!
I love them so much because they make me feel that I belong there, they didn't exclude me or anything just because I've graduated. I have people there that understands me. They are definitely one of those best people in my life and I love them a lot♡
THANKS SO MUCH AWESOME PEOPLE♡ I'll definitely cherish all of you because without you guys, CCA sessions will have been so damn different, and probably less awesome.
I'll definitely try to come back for CCA alrights! ^^ Seeya guys!
